How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net or by emailing us at support@nudgepay.app. We'll respond within one business day.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, you can cancel your subscription anytime and you won't be charged again. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
